This is a shot from my Photo III final--"Painting with Light". An experiment with mega long exposures, expensive "borrowed" cameras, enlarger filters, cardboard, our beloved pitch-black rooms, and of course, flashlights.
I tried to bring in some of characteristic swirly-curlys to this project.
Major loving thanks to Shannon, Tara, and Amber...my co-artists, models, flashlight-wielders, assistants, shutter-pushers, and most importantly, my friends.
I really love this picture- its amazing- i have only got a couple of good ones but i havent yet uploaded them on to this site- it looks really effective well done- n i know what u mean by all the help- its not something u can really do on ur own unless u have a very long clicker thing.

I'm glad you read the description! I'm actually completely against digital photographic manipulation and don't practice it in my art. I've only had my digital SLR for about a year now and switching to digital was pretty painful. I'm all old-skool. Thanks for the comment!!!
